Existing students will be automaticlly re-enrolled for spring classes beginning January 12th, unless we are notified otherwise via email. New students can register for classes beginning Friday, January 15th by requesting a Registration Form and sending it to the office via US mail, email, or hand delivery to CROYA.  Pricing varies per instructor - Please contact Shelia Christofalos via email at christos@cityoflakeforest.com or #847-810-3988 to confirrm pricing and to obtain a .pdf Registration Form.  

Existing families please note that we wiill open up registration to new students on January 15th, so please pay your tuition by noon on Friday 1/15/2010.  The 3 payment installment plan is still available by request. Existing families that completed the Fall 2009 Registration Form do NOT need to complete any paperwork for spring semester!

Existing families MUST complete registration by Monday, August 10th. Beginning August 11th we will open up registration to new students.

PRIVATE, SEMI-PRIVATE, and GROUP Classes will be offered on many instruments - guitar, drums, percussion, vocals, bass guitar, saxophone, baritone, tuba, french horn, electronica, cello, violin, string ensemble, banjo, classical guitar!

NEW & IMPORTANT DETAILS:
- Our prices for PRIVATE LESSONS have increased by $2-$3 per lesson over 2008 school year prices;
- Semi-Private (2 students) and Group Classes (3 or more students) will be offered and are discounted 15% and 20%, respectively - Take a lesson with a friend or sibling - saves $$$ and provides a collaborative experience;
- All classes - Private, Semi-Private, or Group will run 1/2 hour per week;
- Students can elect to participate in our All School Performance to be held in Jan (date TBD) by paying a $15 fee;
- Students can elect to participate in a 2 Hour Recording Session at the CROYA Recording Studios for an additional fee of $30 (includes CD of mixed recording);
- The installment plan option will only be offered for families that pay via credit card and will incur a $20 processing fee for the semester;
- Only PRIVATE LESSON students will be eligible to participate in the make-up week - Jan. 17, 2010.  Semi-private and Group Class students will NOT be eligible for make-ups;

INSTRUCTOR CHANGES:
- Will Kyriazis is departing to attend the Univ. of Denver to study jazz.  Good luck Will! Sean Biggs and Joe Yeo will be joining us as Piano/Key instructors;
- Mack Suhre is off to Berkely in Boston.  Good luck Mack! Nick Christofalos, Brian Kedzorski and Matt Saucedo will be teaching drums;
- Kate Otto will be teaching only on Mondays.  Lulu Sun will be joining us as Piano instructor;
- Shelia Christofalos is not accepting new students and will only be teaching existing students on Wednesdays;

NEW CLASSES: (more to be announced within the coming weeks):
- Tony Porter joins us a instructor for Cello and String Ensemble;
- Violin - Beginning and Intermediate - will also be added this fall;
- Jose Escobar will be offering Hand Drum and Percussion classes;

REHEARSAL ROOMS and RECORDING STUDIO:
- Studio A and the Control Room will be available for booking on Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays for band rehearsals and/or recording sessions.  Musicians should email Shelia to secure a room/time/engineer; 
- Bands/Musicians may also book the rehearsal rooms/recording studio in the evenings Monday-Thursday based upon availablity;
