ACTIVATOR ACADEMY is located in the lower level of the CROYA Student Union and offers a variety of music programs. Private and Group classes are available for many instruments including drums, bass, guitar, voice and piano and more.

Students have the opportunity to collaborate together in live performances, recording studio projects and open mic jams.  Band coaching, musicianship & songwriting classes, workshops, and master classes also provide young musicians with the opportunity to work with mentors and expand their
appreciation of and mastery of different genres, styles and techniques...From Bach to Basie to the Beatles to Blink 182 and more...you can hear it and learn it all at Activator Academy 

In the recent past, music has evolved and has become more and more reliant upon technology. With the majority of our instructors having recent degrees in Music, we are fortunate enough to have a staff that is knowledgeable in electronic music. Being aware of the important link between technology and music, we feel it is imperative that we share this with our students. To foster this, Activator Academy has developed many opportunities for your child to learn and explore electronic music!

Co-Directors - Nick and Shelia Christofalos - aim to foster a hip and engaging vibe to the music programs in order to nurture the creative processes inside of each participant....From years of performing, recording, songwriting & touring with their art rock duo - REACTAVOX - Nick and Shelia, along with their team of qualified instructors and mentors, can help young musicians prepare for a lifelong love of music and pursuit of excellence and competance on their instruments, in the studio, and on stage!
